1.Apple just paused all product sales in Russia and pulled state media from the App Store. In response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine last week — and in a major move for the iPhone maker — Apple has stopped selling products in the country and blocked state media outlets outside of Russia.

*The company is in the process of pulling apps for state-run media outlets RT News and Sputnik News from App Stores outside of Russia. It’s also limiting Apple Pay, affecting customers of sanction-hit Russian banks.
*Apple’s decision follows a request from Ukraine’s digital minister, who on Friday asked that the company stop providing products, apps, and services to Russia.
*“I am deeply concerned with the situation in Ukraine,” CEO Tim Cook tweeted on Thursday. “We’re doing all we can for our teams there and will be supporting local humanitarian efforts.”
*Elsewhere, Google has blocked apps connected to the two Russian state-controlled outlets from its Play Store in Europe. The move brings the company’s European app store policy in line with Google-owned YouTube, which blocked RT and Sputnik channels across the region.

2.”The Batman” will not debut in Russia. The film, which was scheduled to screen on Thursday, will be paused as WarnerMedia, Disney, and Sony all announced they’d be halting movie releases in response to the invasion of Ukraine.

3.Jeep’s first fully electric SUV will debut in 2023. Jeep’s parent company gave a glimpse of the electric SUV during a presentation yesterday, and although it didn’t give away too many details, we can see it’s got a bulky look and a few quirky details.
